Bagi hampir semua pasangan yang akan atau sudah menikah, mungkin akan bertanya-tanya tentang bagaimana tips keluarga bahagia. Bagi sebuah pasangan, terutama bagi yang akan melakukan pernikahan, tips-tips atau nasehat perkawinan memang sangat diperlukan demi kelangsungan hidup berumah tangga.

Rumah tangga adalah tempat dimana kita akan hidup dengan orang lain, hidup dengan segala perbedaan, dan akan menemui banyak rintangan. Hal inilah yang biasanya menjadi masalah dalam rumah tangga. Sebuah pasangan merasa kaget dengan perbedaan yang ada, bahkan tak sedikit yang merasa tidak mampu mengatasi berbagai halangan berumah tangga. Semua masalah rumah tangga memang cukup sulit diselesaikan, namun tentu saja bukan berarti tidak mungkin ada cara penyelesaian yang baik.

Hubungan dengan Pasangan

Berikut ini adalah beberapa tips rumah tangga harmonis yang bisa Anda pelajari.

Hal pertama untuk mewujudkan keluarga bahagia adalah dengan mengenal pasangan Anda sejauh mungkin sebelum memasuki gerbang pernikahan. Ini adalah hal yang wajib agar Anda tidak menyesal di kemudian hari. Anda harus tahu betul bagaimana sifatnya, kesehariannya, keluarganya, dll.

Ketika masuk dalam tahap pernikahan, Anda dan pasangan haruslah memahami tujuan dari pernikahan. Dengan pemahaman tujuan menikah, tentu bisa meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya hal buruk dalam rumah tangga.

Salah satu tips keluarga bahagia yang sangat penting adalah menjalin komunikasi dua arah. Komunikasi yang rutin dilakukan, bisa membuat pasangan selalu saling mengerti dan juga bisa semakin mendekatkan hubungan.

Selama berkomunikasi, sikap juga harus diperhatikan. Tutur kata yang halus dan menyenangkan pastinya akan membuat suasana selalu hangat. Mimik muka yang penuh senyum pun pasti akan menjauhkan rumah tangga dari hal-hal yang negatif.

Rasa toleransi dan pengertian merupakan hal yang harus dimiliki setiap pasangan. Perasaan seperti itu akan menjauhkan Anda dari sikap egois yang bisa meruntuhkan rumah tangga.

Selalu bekerja sama dalam hal apapun. Pasangan suami istri yang kompak tentunya akan lebih mudah menjalani rumah tangga. Misalnya, ketika istri memiliki banyak pekerjaan rumah tangga, suami bisa turun tangan untuk ikut membantu. Selain pekerjaan bisa cepat selesai, hubungan mesra antara keduanya bisa selalu terjalin.

Selalu saling mengalah dan memaafkan juga merupakan tips keluarga bahagia. Ketika pasangan melakukan kesalahan, Anda harus berbesar hati memaafkannya. Saat Anda bersalah pun, Anda jangan sungkan untuk meminta maaf pada pasangan.

Hubungan dengan Keluarga Besar

Tips keluarga bahagia juga meliputi hubungan pasangan suami istri terhadap keluarga besar dari kedua belah pihak. Rumah tangga tidak akan berjalan dengan baik apabila tidak disertai dengan kecintaan dan rasa restu dari keluarga besar.

Untuk menjaga hal itu, pasangan suami istri hendaknya melakukan hal-hal berikut ini.

Sering-seringlah berkunjung pada rumah orang tua, baik orang tua sendiri maupun pada mertua. Hal ini untuk mempererat silaturahmi, sekaligus menunjukkan rasa cinta dari seorang anak pada orang tua.

Bila orang tua datang ke rumah, Anda sebagai pemilik rumah harus melayani dengan maksimal. Sediakan tempat istirahat yang baik, berkomunikasilah dengan mereka secara sopan, atau sekedar mendengar keluh kesah mereka sebagai orang tua.

Hubungan dengan Anak

Bagi Anda yang berumah tangga dan sudah memiliki anak, menjaga hubungan harmonis dengan anak merupakan tips keluarga bahagia yang tidak bisa Anda abaikan. Berikut adalah beberapa contoh tips dalam menjalin hubungan dengan anak.

Terapkan pola asuh demokratis, dimana komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak terjadi secara dua arah. Hal ini akan membuat orang tua mengerti akan kemampuan anak, dan anak bisa mengerti akan kemauan orang tuanya.

Sering-seringlah berinteraksi dengan anak dalam hal apapun. Saat bermain, berlajar di rumah, mengantarkan ke sekolah, atau ketika si anak hendak tidur. Mendampingi anak dalam segala hal bisa membuat anak tahu bahwa orang tuanya memang sangat penuh kasih sayang.

Sesibuk apapun pekerjaan Anda, luangkan waktu bagi anak-anak Anda. Tidak sedikit kasus dimana seorang anak menjadi nakal atau terjebak pergaulan yang salah hanya karena tidak mendapat perhatian keluarga.

Sanksi atau hukuman terkadang memang perlu diberikan bila anak sudah melanggar aturan terlalu jauh. Namun, hukuman yang baik tentu saja bukan hukuman secara fisik seperti memukul atau menampar. Berilah sanksi yang cukup berat bagi anak namun tetap bertujuan untuk membuatnya sadar. Misalnya, tidak boleh menonton televisi dalam jangka waktu tertentu kalau nilai ujian jelek.

LESSON STUDY MAKES MY TEACHING PERFORMANCE BETTER
Last year during academic year 2008/2009 I joined a workshop what we called ‘lesson Study’. It was the first time I attended such meeting since I was a new English teacher in my school. The workshop was attended by English teachers from different junior high schools in the region. It took for about three months to complete the program with twelve times meeting and It was done every Tuesday from 8 A.M to 2 P.M. In the first day of the activity was a seminar attended by all subject teachers in the region with a keynote speaker came from the experts from our province. The seminar was talking about what is actually ‘Lesson Study’ and why we need to implement it in our teaching activity. It really gives me idea and opens my mind that teaching is not just teaching, teaching is something that should be well prepared, teaching is something that every student feels a joy learning, teaching would be great when we share materials what we are going to teach to our fellow teachers and that group teaching results much better than individual teaching (teaching alone).
The second meeting which was held on Tuesday, the following week, the English teachers gathered and were divided into groups based on what grade/year we teach. They are year 7, year 8, year 9 English teachers and conversation teachers. I was in year 8 English teacher group. We then discussed and decided the material going to be taught to the students. After that we started to make a syllabus and a lesson plan. We had a tight discussion and argument in how to manage the class and what steps of activities we were going to do. I feel that It was really a nice forum and for me myself it was really exciting. We can share our ideas and have a time to take from someone’s great ideas and give our ideas to compile a closely perfect lesson plan. This condition lasted up to the third meeting.
In the fourth meeting each group presented the lesson plan to other groups (peer teaching), there the group presenter received feedbacks and suggestions. It is a very important session since here we can make our lesson plan better. It can be better in the process of the teaching, the teaching instruments and the teaching aids. The following meeting we redesigned the lesson plan and as well as prepared everything we need to complete for micro teaching. The micro teaching was done in front of the students under the other fellow teachers’ observation.
The last activity of the workshop was doing ‘Open House’, teaching in real class and observed not only by the participants of the workshop but also observed by the experts, the university students and lectures, and all English teachers in the region. Here the best group was chosen by supervisors or coordinators of the workshop. It was really inspiring.

Story writing - creative thinking

Writing stories is an exciting and creative activity and yet students often seem resistant to undertaking this task. I think it is important to break the task down into small stages so students don’t get discouraged, and place emphasis on the creative part.

Preparation
This is the last line of our story;
‘They walked away sadly, promising never to return again’
Before class, think up several examples of who ‘they’ could be and from where they are walking. For example;
They: students Where: the last day of their language course in the UK
They: aliens Where: the Earth
They: football team Where: after a match
They: teenagers Where: a concert by their favourite band
They: friends Where: a party at another friend’s house

Procedure
• Giving the task purpose (this stage could be done in the students’ own language)
o Ask students what the purpose of writing a story is. Answer: to entertain
o Ask them for ways a writer can do this Possible answers: comedy, suspense, mystery, a twist, romance, a moral
• Brainstorming for ideas/ creating the plot of the story (I) As a class.
o Write the title of our story on the board. Ask students to think silently who ‘they’ might be and where they are leaving.
o If they find this difficult you could give them one of your ideas. Eg. They: students Where: the last day of their language course in another country
o Choose one of their suggestions and ask questions to get students developing the idea: Eg. Where did they go? Why were they so sad when they left? What things went wrong? Why will they never return?
o The aim is to get lots of different suggestions for each question to get students being as creative as possible.
• Brainstorming for ideas/ creating the plot of the story (II) In groups, with direction.
o Divide students into groups of 4 or 5.
o Each group chooses a different ‘they’ and ‘where’, either from earlier student suggestions or your ideas.
o Give them five minutes to come up with a story based on these. Encourage the groups to follow the same procedure as in step 2 and come up with lots of different stories before choosing their favourite.
o The aim is creativity and a chance for students to use their imaginations. The time limit is important to keep the activity moving.
• Whole class feedback
o Ask students to share their favourite stories with the class.
o Before this activity begins, tell them that they will need to choose which one of the other stories they like best and why - this will give students a good reason for listening.
• Extension

Take students back to the title you started with and discuss how many ideas came out of just one line. Of course, you could now ask them to write the story either in class or as homework, however, I would suggest leaving this activity at this point as the aim is to exercise students’ creative side. During the task the students will have had to use a wide range of vocabulary and I think this is challenge enough for any class.

The name of this animal, when translated into English is ‘man of the woods’. This man of the woods [MOW] is the only great ape that lives in Asia. It’s about 1 m tall and is the world’s biggest tree dweller. It’s just a little bit smaller than gorilla. MOWs live in the rain forest of Kalimantan and Sumatra. However loggers are destroying their homes and this animal now is in danger of becoming extinct.
Every day MOWs climb trees and look for food. Most of the time MOWs walk on all fours, they measure nearly 3m from hand to hand. How long are your arms? They use these long climbs to swing through trees and hold the branches with their hands and feet. Swinging is a hard work, so they never travel more than a few hundred meters a day.
MOWs sleep in the trees too – on a platform made from sticks. They make a new nest every few nights. Heavy adult males sometimes sleep on the ground. When it’s cold they cover their body with leaves.

Komodo Dragons
Komodo Dragons are the largest lizards in the world. They live just on few small islands in Indonesia. Komodo dragons can be 3m long. That’s very long – as long as a car.
Komodo dragons are very greedy. They eat almost anything, but their favourite food is wild pigs and deer. They can swallow a small animal, such as monkey, in one gulp.
Adult komodo dragons hide in long grass, then jump out and grab their prey. They grab their prey in their strong jaw. They can also chase the prey. Adult dragons can move faster than a human can run. Young komodo dragons are good climbers. They climb trees to catch and eat small lizards and birds.

In the zoo, this animal stands like a mountain. This animal may be 3 or 4 meters high. The weight may be 5 or 6 tons. This mountain of flesh is wrapped in a wrinkled suit of rough, gray skin. Its legs are like pillars. Its huge ears flap gently back and forth like wings. Look at the long trunk. When you throw some peanuts, the trunk picks up the peanuts with the ‘finger’ at the tip of the trunk. Then, the huge beast will put it into its mouth and eat it happily. This animal is also remarkable for its tusks. Tusks are long teeth that continue to grow throughout its life.
The number of these animals, however, has decreased a lot. More and more of them are killed for their tusks. Many die because trees in their forest have been cut down. They cannot find food and protection in the forest anymore. If people aren’t able to save them, these animals, sooner or later, may vanish from this earth. PENGABAIAN TERHADAP ORGANISASI INFORMAL
Model oragnisasi Weberian juga telah dikritik karena menhilangkan struktur informal. Dinamika kehidupan berorganisasi hanya dapat dipakai jika, seseorang tidak hanyamemperhatikan struktur formal organisasi tersebut tetapi juga memperhatikan peraturan-peraturannya, berkelompok, dan sistem sanksi yang tidak resmi. Pearturan, norma, kepala dan kelompok informal ini secara spontanitas melebur menjadi satu hasil dari interaksi masing-masing individu di organisasi. Interaksi ini menghasilkan struktur sosial dan budaya informal yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku anggota organisasi.
Akibat adanya interaksi informal dalam organisasi formal adalah interaksi tersebut bisa bersifat membangun atau merusak. Charles Page’s (1946) menyatakan bahwa struktur informal, peraturan dan prosedur dimungkinkan mempunyai efek negatif atau positif. Dia beranggapan bahwa banyak masalah serius dipecahkan dengan cara-cara formal tidak terjadi adanya komunikasi atau solusi yang efisien. Bahkan denganadanya sturktur informal itu penting. Contoh: Page mengobservasi bahwa komunikasi yang sifatnya resmi itu harus melalui apa yang disebut ”chain of command (rantai perintah0” yang seringnya memerlukan proses yang panjang. Ini berarti bahwa organisasi informal merupakan alat yang penting untuk menerapkan tujuan-tujuan organisasi yang sifatnya rumit.
Lurance Iannaccone’s (1962) study of school mendukung pentingnya organisasi informal. Dia menambahkan bahwa organisasi informal dapt digunakn sebagai guide untuk memperbaiki organisasi formal.
Keberadaan organisasi informal bukanlah musuh yang harus dimusnahkan, tetapi sebaliknya bisa dijadikan kendaraan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Jadi tidak masuk akal apabila menata organisasi formal seperti sekolah tetapi mengesampingkan aspek-aspek organisasi informal (Bleun, 1956). Secara teori, praktek administrasi akan baik dikembangkan dengan kedua komponen yakni formal (yang bersifat rasional) dan informal (yang tidak rasional).

STRUKTUR GANDA MODEL BIROKRASI
Kritik yang sring ditujukan kepada model Weberian adalah kontradiksi internal diantara prinsip-prinsip birokrasi tertentu suatuorganisasi. Menurut Weber, kharakteristik ideal organisasi adalah bersifat konsisten dan efisien secara maksimal. Namun menurut analisa: kenyataannnya fungsi organisasi tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Talcott Parsons (1947, 58-64) dan Gouldner (1954, 21-24) mempertanyakn apakah prinsip yang dijadikanpegangan birokrasi itu adlah otoritas yang berdasarkan kepada kompetensi teknis dan pengetahuan tau otoritas yang berdasrkan kekuasaan legal dan disiplin. Weber (1947, 339) beranggapan bahwa ’administrasi birokrasi merupakan latihan mengontrol sesuai dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Selanjutnya dia mengatakan ” disiplin adalah perintah yang dijalankan secara rasional konsisten, terlatih dan dengan tindakan yang tepat/jelas dimana kritik yang bersifat pribadi tidak tertahan tanpa syarat dan pelakunya dengan teguh dan semata-mata hanya melaksanakn perintah.”
Weber mengungkapakan akan pentingnya disiplin dan keahlian (expertise). Apakah administrasi birokrasi itu berdasar kepada keahlian ataukah disiplin yang disertai dengan petunjuk-petunjuk? Kecuali ada orang yang berasumsi bahwa tidak akan ada konflik antara pemberi perintah (authority) yangberdasarkan pada ’kemampuan dan keahlian teknis’ dan yang berdasarkan pada ’jabatan di posisi hirarkis.’ Inilah dua dasar otoritas yang menjadi konflik dan kontradiksi di dalam model Weberian.
Blau and Scott’s (1962) menganalisa keberadaan kedua model weberian: mereka menyimpulkan nahwa Weber gagl dalam membedakan antara prinsip-prinsip disiplin dan profesional. Mereka menyebutkan bahwa disiplin yang birokrasi dan keahlian yang profesional adalah metode alternatif dalam hubungannya dengan ketidakpastian. Disiplin mengurangi bidang-bidang yang tidak pasti, sementara keahlian mempunyai pengetahuan untuk mengetahui ketidakpastian tersebut. iNti msalahnya adalah karena kalangan profesional sering menjadi pegawai organisasi birokrasi. Disinilah disiplin dan kehalian sering tercampur, sehingga menimbulkan konflik dan ketegangan. Contoh seorang kepala sekolah, apakah otoritasnya berada dalam kantor birokrai ataukah keahlian profesional?

STRUKTUR MEKANISTIK DAN ORGANIK
Ilmuwan Inggris, Tom Burns dan g.M Stalker (1961) memperkenalkan ’organisasi organik dan meknistik’ untuk membedakan antara struktur birokrasi dengan yang bukan birokrasi. Organisasi mekanistik pada hakekatnya sama seperti konsep Weber tentang birokrasi. Struktur organik bersifat tidak formal dan lebih tidak tersetruktur. Keduannya lebih fleksibel tetapi juga membingungkan.

Intinya adalah tidak memilih konfigurasi struktur mana yang terbaik, tetapi lebih kepada menggunakan perbedaan-perbedaan yang ada untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan di masing-masing struktur. Burns dan Stalker (1961) menghipotesa bahwa organisasi organik akan lebih baik dilaksanakan apabila dalam suatu organisasi yang memerlukan perubahan-perubahan cepat, dan Organisasi mekanistik akan lebih baik apabila dilaksanakan dalam organisasi yang stabil. Tetapi hal itupun tidak sesederhana itu dalam pelaksanaannya. Dalam sssstruktur organik terdapat peran-peran yang kadang membingungkan dan sering menimbulkan kesulitan-kesulitan besar suatu organisasi. Lebih dari itu, struktur mekanistik sebenarnya dapat berinvasi dan melakukan perubahan, khususnya di lingkup manajemen.

STRUKTUR FORMAL DI SEKOLAH
Sekolah sebagai organisasi formal mempunyai banyak kesamaan cirikhas dengan organisasi birokrasi. Cirikhas-cirikha itu diantaranya; menerapkan banyak strategi militer, industri, dan agen-agen pemerintahan, Max Abbort (1965, 45).
Model birokrasi adalah model yang paling banyak diadopsi oleh administrator sekolah dan ini menjelaskan mengapa model tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisa tingkah-laku (behavior) di sekolah.
Asumsi dasar suatu birokrasi adalah bahwa setiap pegawai tingkat bawah mempunyai lebih sedikit kemampuan teknis daripada atasannya. Tetai asumsi ini tidak berlaku atau tidak bisa diterapkan di sekolah atau di organisasi profesional lainnya. Sebaliknya, para profesional sering memiliki kompetensi atau kemampuan teknis yang lebih baik daripada administrator yang menduduki level yang lebih tinggi di organisasi tersebut.

HALL’S APPROACH
Salah satu cara yang paling sistematik untuk mengukur birokrasi adalah pendekatan Hall (1963) tentang perkembangan inventori organisasi,yaitu untuk mengukur 6 karakteristik utama suatu struktur birokrasi. D. A. Mackey (1964) kemudian mengadopsi dan memodifikasi inventori organisasi dalam penelitiannya tentang birokrasi sekolah. Dia mengukur pola-pola birokrasi di sekolah dengan menggunakan the School Organizational Inventory (SOI) berikut ini:
1. Skala Hirarki Skala Otoritas (Hierarchy of Authority Scale)
Anggota staf sekolah ini selalu memperoleh perintah-perintah dari atasan mereka. ”Saya harus bertanya kepada kepala sekolah sebelum saya melaksanakan semua pekerjaan.”
2. Skala Khusus (Specialization Scale)
Program instruksi dibagi-bagi ke dalam wilayah kerja khusus sesuai dengan tugas khusus guru.
3. Skala Peraturan (Rules Scale)
Para guru secara konstan diawasi apakah mereka melanggar aturan-aturan sekolah. Sekolah mempunyai buku yang berisi peraturan-peraturan yang harus diikuti guru.
4. Skala Spesifik Prosedural (Procedural Specification Scale)
Kami harus mengikuti prosedur operasional yang keras sepanjang waktu. Prosedur yang sama harus diikuti dalam situasi apapun.
5. Skala Umum (Impersonality Scale)
Tidak jadi masalah seberapa besar problem siswa atau orang-tua, mereka ahrus diperlakukan sama dengan yang lainnya. ”kami diharapkan untuk lebih ramah, ketika berhubungan dengan orang-tua.”
6. Skala Kemampuan Teknis (Technical Competence Scale)
Promosi jabatan didasarkan pada seberapa bagus anda. Pengalaman mengajar berperan penting dalam penugasan seorang guru di sekolah.

Di sekolah, seperti jenis-jenis organisasi yang lain, komponen-komponen tipe ideal Weber tidak perlu membentuk satu perangkat yang saling berhubungan diantara variabel. Namun sebaliknya, mereka seperti dua tipe berbeda dari suatu organisasi rasional. Seperti yang terangkum dalam table di bawah ini:

Perbedaan keduanya terletak pada potensi konflik diantara otoritas yang didasarkan kepada kompetensi teknis dan kemampuan dan yang didasarkan kepada pemegangan aturan di hirarki, dan potensi ketidaktepatan antara profesionalitas dan birokrasi. Untuk menyatukan pola birokrasi dan profesional dalam satu model birokrasi nampaknya mengaburkan perbedaan-perbedaan penting diantara sekolah-sekolah. Memisahkan dua pola yaitu organisasi rasional dan administrasi memungkinkan untuk menemukan sejumlah kombinasi dua pola. Contoh, jika setiap pola dikotomikan, maka dimungkinkan akan ada empat tipe organisasi.

Tipe I (Weberian). Di Organisasi sekolah, profesionalitas dan birokrasi adalah saling melengkapi. Keduanya sama-sama tinggi. Pola ini mirip dengan tipe ideal yang dijelaskan oleh Weber, olehkarenanya kita menyebutnya ’Weberian Structure.”
Tipe II (authoritarian) Organisasi yang tingkat karakteristik birokrasinya tinggi dan tingkat profesionalitasnya rendah. Oleh karenanya, di sini otoritas didasarkan pada posisi hirarki sangat ditekankan. Menjalankan disiplin sesuai dengan peraturan menjadi prinsip dasar kerja. Di tipe ini menekankan kekuasaan yang bergerak dari atas ke bawah.
Tipe III (professional) Organisasi ini menekankan pembuatan keputusan bersama antara administrator dan staf profesional. Anggota staf dipandang sebagai profesional yang mempunyai kemampuan dan kompetensi untuk membuat keputusan penting organisasi. Peraturan dan prosedur berfungsi sebagai guide/pegangan ketimbang sebagai format keras yang harus dijalankan bersama-sama. Di sini guru mempunyai kekuasaan yang besar dalam proses membuat keputusan organisasi. Singkatnya, keputusan-keputusan dibuat oleh orang yang punya pengetahuan dan punya kemampuan untuk membuatnya.
Tipe IV (chaotic) organisasi tipe ini mempunyai tingkat birokrasi dan profesionalitas rendah; olehkarenanya, kebingungan dan konflik sudah menjadi tipe dalam operasional sehari-hari. Tidak konsisten, kontradiksi, dan ketidak-efektifan mungkin meliputi struktur chaotic ini.

Typologi ini mensuguhkan empat sruktur sekolah yang cukup berbeda dan mungkin juga mempunyai konsekuensi berbeda pula bagi guru dan muridnya. Henry Koleser (1967) menemukan bahwa ketidakmampuan siswa sangat tinggi di authoritarian daripada di struktur sekolah yang profesional. Geoffrey Isherwood dan Wayne K. Hoy (1973) juga menemukan hal yang sama bagi guru di dua tipe sekolah yang berbeda. Rasa ketidakmampuan guru lebih besar di authoritarian daripada di struktur profesional. Charters (1966) menemukan bahwa guru yang berada di sistem birokrasi tinggi mempunyai kekuasaan (power) yang lebih tinggi dari pada guru yang berada di sistem yang birokrasinya rendah.
Klasifikasi struktur sekolah ke dalam empat tipe struktural ini nampaknya memberi manfaat; kenyataannya, tipelogi ini dapat berfungsi sebagai dasar teori untuk mengembangkan sekolah.

Borobudur Temple

Borobudur is Hindu - Budhist temple. It was build in the nineth century under Sailendra dynasty of ancient Mataram kingdom. Borobudur is located in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia.

Borobudur is well-known all over the world. Its construction is influenced by the Gupta architecture of India. The temple is constructed on a hill 46 m high and consist of eight step like stone terrace. The first five terrace are square and surrounded by walls adorned with Budist sculpture in bas-relief. The upper three are circular. Each of them is with a circle of bell shape-stupa. The entire adifice is crowned by a large stupa at the centre at the centre of the top circle. The way to the summit extends through some 4.8 km of passage and starways. The design of borobudur which symbolizes the structure of universe influences temples at Angkor, Cambodia.

Borobudur temple which is rededicated as an Indonesian monument in 1983 is a valuable treasure for Indonesian people.

FISHING IN THE HARBOUR

SAN FRANCISCO
San Francisco is my favourite city in the United States. It is beautiful, clean, not too big, and it has something for everybody. I love the streets and buildings in San Francisco. The streets wind up and down the hills, with beautiful old brick and wooden houses on either side.
One of my favourite things to do in San Francisco is to ride the cable car. It takes you to most parts of the city. It’s not a very comfortable ride, but it’s exciting and the views you get from the car are wonderful.
And I like the weather in San Francisco. It never gets too cold or too hot. The summers are pleasant. The fresh breezes blow off the ocean and the sky is always blue. It rains quite a lot in the winter, but it never gets very cold.
Another thing I enjoy about the city is the restaurants. The seafood restaurants, with crabs and lobster, are my favourites. You can also get great Chinese, Japanese, American and European food in San Francisco.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa
Thousands of people visit Pisa’s famous tower each year and wonder just how much longer it can exist without falling.

Ketika hubungan baik sudah terbangun, bisnis apapun bisa berjalan lancar. Tak terkecuali dengan kompetitor anda, jaga juga hubungan baik. Karena dengan begitu, anda diajak untuk bersaing secara sehat. Agar anda tanpa henti selalu meningkatkan kualitas produk anda. Atau mungkin anda bisa juga bekerjasama dengannya.
Lakukan dengan cara anda sendiri. Saya yakin setiap orang itu unik. Sehingga pasti setiap orang juga punya caranya sendiri untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Dan biar anda lebih cepat tahu, mau tak mau anda perlu belajar dari para master. Kemudian tinggal anda kembangkan sendiri sesuai kebutuhan bisnis anda.
Bergerak terus, pantang diam! Jangan ragu melangkah. Pastikan bisnis anda selalu bergerak. Lebih baik melakukan kesalahan, daripada bisnis anda diam saja tanpa perubahan. Biasakan kebiasaan baik. Kesuksesan suatu bisnis lebih sering ditentukan oleh karakter pebisnis ketimbang kondisi yang tengah dihadapi. Pebisnis yang memiliki karakter kuat, seperti disiplin tinggi dan berani menghadapi resiko, tak akan pernah gentar menghadapi situasi apapun. Malah tak jarang bisa menjadikannya sebagai peluang. Seperti Warren Buffet, orang terkaya sedunia, di tengah resesi ekonomi Amerika masih bisa mengumpulkan uang Rp 200 triliun setahun. So, temukan karakter baik apa yang perlu anda perkuat. Penguatan karakter diri anda akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap bisnis anda.
Terapkan rutinitas positif. Coba atur rutinitas anda selama seminggu ini. seperti olahraga dan tidur yang teratur. Harapannya dengan begitu fokus dan konsentrasi anda dalam membangun bisnis anda akan meningkat.
Lakukan dengan penuh cinta dan dapatkan hasil memuaskan. Tidak cukup anda hanya senang dengan bisnis anda, tapi bila bisnis yang anda senangi itu tak cukup memberikan hasil, pasti bisnis anda dicap gagal. Sebaliknya, kalau anda mungkin tak suka dengan jenis bisnis anda tapi ternyata hasilnya sungguh menggiurkan, yang terjadi jiwa anda pasti tersiksa. Karena anda sukses di bidang yang anda tidak senangi. Jadi lakukan bisnis yang anda suka dan buatlah sukses. Pasti hasilnya akan memuaskan hati anda. Begitupun kalau anda berniat jadi affiliate marketer, penting untuk memasarkan produk yang anda suka!
